The room was clean and spacious. It featured a separate bath and shower. I found the breakfast selection in the executive lounge good. There was a choice between continental and full english options. I appreciated the location close to Resorts World Arena (it was important for my needs).
The bar completely ran out of white wine at 10 PM. This inconvenience detracted from the overall experience.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bar and breakfast room staff. A very lovely maintenance man was also very helpful (a true asset to the team).

The staff offered friendly service. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the bar staff. Breakfast offered a wide selection with close attention to detail. I secured a room with a pleasant view after requesting one between specific room numbers. I was grateful.

I found the room to be spacious and the bed was comfy. the check-in process was straightforward, it was efficient. andrea, the concierge, was very helpful. She went out of her way. i loved the parking.
the bar had limited non-alcoholic options, aside from water and soft drinks. this was surprising given the size of the hotel. i didn't feel very welcome by the receptionist. the front desk looked cool.
